Is Severed Steel difficult?

This only took me just under 2 hours to finish all of the levels and unlock all of the mutators. So all in, about a 4-5 hour game. Then there are multiple difficulties to play too. To be honest with you, even on the hardest setting, Severed Steel never really felt 'difficult'.
